filled with dangers unseen and lessons unlearned

you were not prepared for this garbage

yet they expect you to fly

and spread your wings

i mean wait a fucking god damn minute

who said i was not happy being in my nest

all safe and sound

i was not bothering anyone

i was not causing any trouble

but now i have to either sink or swim

but therein lies the lesson children of life

we either fall flat on our faces

or we soar above the sky

until we crash into an oncoming airplane
